Allotment Plot 9 @MAC Birmingham

I will be part of the Allotment project put together by MAC Birmingham. Plot 9 will be curated by Helen Foot MA, who has chosen 3 prints that have not been previously shown to the public. The event will take place from April 21st to September 9th.

Valeveil publications

The piece “Children should be supervised at all times” is now published electronically by a small Swedish publishing company called Valeveil. I must admit that the way the text and the voice are synchronised together is quite clever and is working well.

I was selected by Rhubarb-Rhubarb to take part in a charity auction held on the 22nd of March in London, at the Diemar – Noble gallery.

Rhubarb-Rhubarb is a non for profit organisation that helped me out when I first started photography. They have been hit by the government’s budget cuts pretty hard and need support. click on the logo for more information.

East meets West

Three images, bsaed on the theme of “Superhero” have been selected for the East Meets West exhibtion, organised by FORMAT International Photography Festival ’off year’ in collaboration with Light House media centre in Wolverhampton. The show will take place between 3rd March to 6th May

Unobjects

While the “Undata” project is created and distributed digitally, I wanetd to explore ways to adapt it to some sort of analogue method. This led me to the creation of unobjects, that is objects that have been modified using analogue techniques, in this case coupons and supermarket receipts and bits of white sticky tape.
